1. POSM & Activation Design (70%):
• Design 2D materials for retail stores and marketing activations, including banners, standees, posters, leaflets, booth branding, backdrops, and other POSM materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop visuals aligned with campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure all deliverables meet production specifications and timelines.
2. Social Media & Digital Design (30%):
• Design visuals for social media platforms, website assets, and digital marketing channels.
• Adapt key visuals into different formats for online campaigns.
• Support revisions and updates based on feedback from the Marketing team.
− 2–3 years working experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, FMCG or related industries.
− Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
− Good sense of layout, typography, and visual aesthetics.
− Basic understanding of print production and file export specifications.
− Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
− Onsite working arrangement, Monday to Friday from 09:00AM to 06:00PM.
− Duration (2-3months) and compensation to be discussed during interview.
