1. Sales & Management
- Drive performance of Sell Thru / Sell Out,
- Manage Distribuitor and Sub dealer to achieve Company target & goals
- Manage and deplpoy sales policy/promotion
- Explore and search for sales potential customers/wholesales in the North region
2. Go To Market management
- Deploy all GTM activities to customer
- Go to market to update informations and propose the solution to push Sell in and Sell thru/ Sell out to achieve company target.
- Advise on sales programs and policies for TCL products.
3. Internal Co-opearation & Customer Care
- Collaborate with Other departments (Marketing, Retail, Finance...) to develop optimal solutions for each customers.
- Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates.
- Enhance business relationship between distributors and TCL, and third parties partnership between TCL, distributors and Sub dealers
