Job Description

1. Sales & Management

  • Drive performance of Sell Thru / Sell Out,
  • Manage Distribuitor and Sub dealer to achieve Company target & goals
  • Manage and deplpoy sales policy/promotion
  • Explore and search for sales potential customers/wholesales in the North region

2. Go To Market management

  • Deploy all GTM activities to customer
  • Go to market to update informations and propose the solution to push Sell in and Sell thru/ Sell out to achieve company target.
  • Advise on sales programs and policies for TCL products.

3. Internal Co-opearation & Customer Care

  • Collaborate with Other departments (Marketing, Retail, Finance...) to develop optimal solutions for each customers.
  • Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates.
  • Enhance business relationship between distributors and TCL, and third parties partnership between TCL, distributors and Sub dealers

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • At least 5 year of experience in the electronics/appliance industry (Experience in Air Conditioner - GT Channel)
  • English skills is an advantage
  • Good level of Excel & Power Point
