In charge of MT Sales channel development (HA product – TV, AC, …) and responsible for revenue, profitability, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy, and product display of assigned channel.
- Sales target management: Prepare to set the optimal sales target that drives continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners) and encourages employee morale.
- Sales strategy setting by channel: Plan the optimal sales strategy to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products.
- Sales execution: Setup strategic solutions for sell IN/OUT; Carry out sales in ways that focus on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts;
- Channel monitoring and risk management: Building trust with channel accounts and creating a foundation for continued revenue growth.
