− In charge of MT Sales channel development and responsible for revenue, profitability, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy, and product display of assigned channel.
1. Sales target management: Prepare to set the optimal sales target that drives continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners) and encourages employee morale.
2. Sales strategy setting by channel: Plan the optimal sales strategy to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products.
3. Sales execution: Setup strategic solutions for sell IN/OUT; Carry out sales in ways that focus on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts;
4. Channel monitoring and risk management: Building trust with channel accounts and creating a foundation for continued revenue growth.
5. Other tasks:
• Collaborate with related Departments for excellent execution.
• Participating in company product lineup activities.
• Manage and develop Sales team members
− At least 3 years of experience in home appliances or Mobile industry
− Fluent communication skill in English or Chinese (verbal and written) is a must
− Experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
− Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
− Can lead a sales team of professionals with limited control over budget spending. Supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
− Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree;
