− Build Customers Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key Project dealers through regular check-ins and support
− Have good relationship with many project customers such as: Contractor, HVAC is an advantage
− Explore and search for potential customers/distrinutors in the project field
− Prepare, analyze, present and introduct products file, frequently update comparison products and price between TCL and competitors, market situation
− Promote TCL LCAC and gather product feedback from market and customer, help TCL plan the CAC product line
− Provide continuous, constructive feedback to Manager
− Grasp the sales situation, customer needs, market needs in LCAC under your management
− Knowledgeable in the field of design, construction of central air conditioning systems and distribution of LCAC air conditioning solutions, suitable to customer needs.
− Negotiate contracts to ensure benefits for both customers and the company
− Collaborate with engineering, design and construction departments to develop optimal solutions for each project
− Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure service quality
− Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates
− Motivation and learning ability: The candidate’s willingness to learn and grow, adapt and to be flexible in new environment as well as their drive to improve
