Job Description

1.TikTok Shop Management & Operation
- Manage the company's TikTok Shop booth.
- Build, set up and optimize standard online shop
- Upload products, manage booth content, update product descriptions, images and prices
- Coordinate with the warehouse to process daily orders
- Handle issues related to TikTok policies, orders, complaints, shipping and payments.
- Perform reconciliation and payment of service costs to related parties
- Forecast inventory, import goods to support business on the platform
2. Plan & implement business strategies on TikTok Shop
- Plan and implement sales campaigns on TikTok Shop, optimize products according to funnel strategy, key, brand
- Build and implement promotions, discounts, vouchers, optimize revenue
- Monitor store performance, propose and implement solutions to increase conversion rates, optimize operating costs
- Work directly with KAM, continuously update new policies from TikTok Shop

3. Create content & manage advertising on TikTok
- Responsible for managing the brand's TikTok Channel, coordinating content, managing customer interactions.
- Research and plan monthly content in line with customer outreach goals, convey clear messages to post on the company's sales platforms such as TikTok, Shopee...
- Make detailed production plans, monitor the entire filming and post-production process, ensure videos are completed on schedule and achieve required quality before release.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to create and review media video content from KOLs, Creators for exclusive products on online channels

- Manage and optimize advertising on TikTok Ads Manager, optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Analyze and report advertising performance, make recommendations for improvement

4. Manage Livestreams & KOLs, Influencer Marketing
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating Inhouse Livestreams, implementing strategies and creative content-oriented solutions for Livestreams/events that are suitable for the company's brand image while meeting business results
- Support managing the livestream team, arranging livestream schedules, scripts, and content to ensure sales performance
- Search and cooperate with KOLs, Influencers to promote products
- Evaluate the performance of cooperation campaigns with KOLs, optimize content for maximum efficiency.

5. Analyze data & Report performance
- Monitor performance indicators such as revenue, visits, conversion rates, customer interactions
- Compare shop performance with competitors, propose optimal strategies. Report TikTok Shop performance periodically and provide solutions for improvement.

Job Requirement

- Education: Bachelor/College degree
- Very interested in live streaming, e-commerce, hosting and content creation.
- Have operated TikTok Shop or e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki...
- Have experience running TikTok Ads, optimizing conversions, planning sales marketing.
- Skills in content management, video content creation, using editing tools such as Capcut, Canva, Photoshop.
- Understanding of SEO, TikTok algorithms and TikTok Shop policies.
- Have experience working with KOLs, Influencer Marketing, building and managing livestream teams.
- Organizational skills, teamwork, responsible for KPIs, flexible problem solving ability.
- Fluency with English/Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
