In charge of E-commerce Sales channel development (HA product – TV, AC, …) and responsible for online business sales (including pure e-commerce platform, self-operated mall, mixed channel online platform), formulate online business planning and strategies according to sales targets
- Planning & deploying campaigns (JBP, daily, monthly, yearly) for online marketplace platforms: LAZADA, SHOPEE, TIKTOK, and developing plans in collaboration with internal departments (Top Managers, P&L, Branding, Finance, and Ecommerce team) and external partners (Platforms & Agencies)
- Managing Ecommerce team including: B2B Sales (Shopee), B2C Operation (All platforms), Content marketing, CS, Design functions in order to meet the company’s goal
- Establishing, managing, developing, and tracking all e-commerce onsite operation processes
- Conducting Sell-In & Sell-Out management, KPI tracking, budget planning, and management
- Managing content marketing strategy and establishing 100% TCL in-house content operation team: Livestreaming, Video
- Planning and managing advertising: on-platform (Search, Discovery, Affiliate, Display, etc.), offsite (working with marketing agencies to run CPAs: VTM, Maxgroup and PMAX)
- Planning materials (landing pages and products) through working with the Design team
- Managing order status and delivery performance
- Performing inventory management, including forecasting sales, tracking production schedules, stock aging, and regional coverage
- Building & developing customer service processes and performance
- Managing contract & liquidation, payment, loss
- Administer profit and investment (ROI)
- Online new product launch planning and promotion strategy development, communicate with category PM to determine the online switching rhythm of new and old products, to complete the new product sales target
