Summary of the position: Maintain the operation of technology equipment and the company’s network systems.
• Monitoring and operating servers in the Server room:
- Monitor the operation of Lenovo physical servers, Windows Server, VMWare ESXI virtual servers, Linux virtual servers.
- Monitor the operations of the Genesys call center system, WDE calling software, and Pulse.
- Maintain the stability of servers in the server room.
- Assist in deploying and configuring services on servers when requested by the headquarters.
- Perform daily checks in the server room: power, network, air conditioning, The temperature and humidity of the room.
- Check and trap mice.
• Manage the CCTV system, domain Hik-connect.
• Manage the time attendance system.
• Maintain API connectivity operations: Collaborate with Điện Máy Xanh to support and maintain API operations between the Điện Máy Xanh Portal and the CRM system.
• Monitor and operate the network system: Manage the company's network systems: LAN, WIFI at Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang.
• End-user support (computer, laptop hardware, software, printer, photocopier, platforms).
• Asset and technology equipment management.
• Analog PBX management: Monitor and operate the Analog telephone exchange.
• Procurement of equipment and management of contracts, maintenance.
• Read reports / logs / instruction manuals.
• Zalo OA Administration.
- Education: Graduated from college/university – Information Technology (Majors: Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position such as IT Helpdesk in an Enterprise IT environment.
- Solid experience in System Administration, Linux, and Windows.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), MCSE or Linux.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting IT equipment for end users (both software and hardware), including desktop computers, laptops, IP/Analog phones, printers, network
devices, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.
- Solid foundational knowledge of:
o Deployment and operation of physical and virtual servers.
o Internal network systems (LAN), VPN.
o Enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of information security and system security.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, recognize potential risks, and proactively coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution and prevention.
- Experience in implementing at least one or multiple personal or enterprise projects (able to present or provide evidence if required).
- Experience in monitoring and operating IT systems.
- Experience in deploying and managing VoIP / Analog PBX systems.
- Experience in supporting the deployment and operation of enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, ERP, Dynamics 365, and internal applications.
- Ability to use Postman and related tools for basic API testing.
- Experience in deploying and operating CCTV monitoring systems.
- Skills in operating system installation, data backup, and data recovery for PCs, laptops, and macOS devices.
- Perform IT asset and equipment management (IT Asset Management).
