TCL is seeking a Senior E-Merchandise & Performance Ads Operation professional to lead and optimize our digital shelf presence and paid media performance across key e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capability, and cross-functional coordination to ensure end-to-end excellence in both merchandising setup and media operation.
You will be accountable for improving product visibility, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS) by leading initiatives across onsite display, campaign asset management, and performance ads planning.
1.Onsite Merchandising Management (50%)
− Own and lead the planning, briefing, and implementation of thumbnails, SIS banners, landing pages (LDPs), and package banners across platforms.
− Audit and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to enhance conversion rate, user experience, and platform compliance.
− Coordinate with design and KAM teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all onsite assets.
− Drive continuous improvement in ratings & reviews and consumer engagement touchpoints.
2. Performance Advertising Strategy & Execution (30%)
− Develop and manage full-funnel ad strategies, budget allocation, and performance forecasting across campaigns and channels.
− Lead setup, monitoring, and optimization of:
+ Onsite ads (e.g., Shopee Ads, Lazada SD, SA, TikTok ads,)
+ Affiliate marketing campaigns and communication flows
+ Livestream ads during key campaign periods
+ Meta (Facebook CPAS) and Google PMAX planning
− Provide real-time campaign support and take immediate action to mitigate performance risk during peak sales events.
− Monitor and resolve platform alerts, maintain strong alignment with platform PICs, and stay ahead of policy changes or penalty risks.
− Other task under department scope.
3.Content & Creator Collaboration (10%)
− Support and supervise the video content workflow, including editing, uploading, and aligning with platform trends
− Manage and enhance communication with content creators via chat box, ensuring prompt support and brand alignment.
4. Reporting & Insights (10%)
− Deliver regular and ad-hoc performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
− Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate data into optimization actions and campaign refinements.
− Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
− Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and/or performance advertising.
− Proven hands-on experience with performance ads (CPAS, PMAX, e-com platform ads) and onsite asset execution.
− Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make informed decisions.
− Excellent project management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
− Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams (designers, CS, KAMs, platform PICs).
− Proficient in English; Chinese is a plus for working with regional teams or suppliers.
− Microsoft office in advance, familiar working with google sheet/doc
