Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring all vacancies are filled ly with high-quality candidates
  • Conduct orientation training and foster company cultural core values
  • Create and implement activities to promote employer branding

Job Description:

  • Adopt effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets
  • Complete detailed job description with the hiring manager to determine position specifications
  • Prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings, and perform reference and background checks
  • Proactively source candidates through various source, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of position.
  • Screenshot qualified candidates, 1st round interview and arrange further interviews
  • Report interview results to HRD and make the job offer under HRD’s direction
  • Prepare and complete the recruitment administrative functions.
  • Follow up and support employees throughout the probationary period
  • Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent
  • Participate in recruitment marketing programs i.e. career talks and job fairs
  • Creatively leverage existing resources to promote employer branding
  • Organize employee engagement activities (birthday party, team building, tea corner, etc.)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree, majoring in HR, Business Administration, or other related fields
  • 2 years experience in the same position
  • Strong recruitment skills. Hunting experience is preferable     
  • A solid set of consultative, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Strong organization, collaborative, and planning skills
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Language skill: Proficiency in English or Chinese
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Working day: Mon to Fri 

Working place: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, W9, HCMC
