Job Description

1. Customer Marketing Event Planning & Execution

  • Supporting superior to work with sales and retail partners to plan customer marketing activation
  • As project manager to coordinate the cross-function team and agency to executive activation such as customer seminars, in-store promotions, and weekend activations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events, providing insights for future improvements.

2. National Promotion Scheme Management

  • Support superior to develop and implement national promotional schemes aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
  • Track and analyze the performance of promotional activities, ensuring timely adjustments as needed.

3. Support Promotion ROI Review & Process Optimization

  • Conduct ROI analyses of promotional activities to assess effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize promotional processes.

4. Support superior on trade marketing budget management and financial process.

5. Support on other tasks that superior assign

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in trade marketing or related roles, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis and ROI evaluation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
